Salary: £22,000
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 08:00- 16:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Assisting the transport operation with all admin tasks and transport operational duties required
• Communicating with operations, customer and haulier
• Managing customer POD's, uploading to Digihaul and chasing any outstanding POD's
• Keeping the transport control log up to date on a daily basis
• Following and improving processes linked to performance

• Experience working within a transport office is desirable but not essential
• Strong IT skills - using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Good Admin skills
• Excellent communication at different levels - both written and verbal
• Flexible approach to work and assisting other members of the team
