As a Dermalogica Educator, you are an authentic company representative that delivers branded education in a variety of situations and to different audiences. Responsible for encompassing the brand code, you use the medium of education to upskill skin therapists and empower consumers. You demonstrate a personalised educational approach to all interactions you have. By show casing your advanced skin and product knowledge, expert skin therapy skills and brand enthusiasm, you positively contribute to Dermalogica success.

Key Responsibilities of our Educators, could this be you?

• Shares branded education one-on-one, to live audiences or via digital platforms for positive outcomes both for the receiver/s and Dermalogica.
• Takes responsibility for implementing company and department strategies, revisions to education or new innovations/promotions in daily work to contribute to business goals.
• Delivers relevant and applicable information to the audience while communicating brand messages and focuses
• Proactively supports with general running of Training Centre and completes daily operational duties to ensure the smooth running and correct brand representation of the location.
• Actively engages with various audiences to build positive relationships and provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times.

Do you have the below skills?

• NVQ 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy (including electrical modalities) or equivalent qualification.
• At least one years' experience within a skin centre with hands on treatment experience.
• Dermalogica experience and knowledge an advantage.
• Natural and authentic speaker confident to interact one-on-one with individuals, teach to a live or online audience and present to camera for filming
• Driver's License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
