This role sits within the Brand team at eBay. You will partner closely with our eBay clients, working cross-functionally with multiple departments, helping manage the coordination and execution of brand activations for eBay customers.

This is a fixed term contract until June 2024.

DAY TO DAY

• Working within the ebay Brand team, supporting with project management of event activations
• Own the calendar of events with Mediacom and ensure ebay have the right support organised for each event (Gold, Silver. Bronze)
• Support in the management of the events agencies, help keep timings on track
• Coordinate ticketing with Mediacom and eBay attendances
• Attend events and be the "on the ground" representative for events – this will include some weekend working (time off in lieu will be provided)
• Support with organising meetings, actions and notes to keep the wider P&A squad and agencies up to date
• Support with the sourcing of parts / accessories and brand permissions for activations
• Support Brand Managers with content created by events partners (socials and content series)
• Liaise with day to day trading team when required
• Support with the events scorecard and measurement plan – coordinate data across agencies to wrap up events series
• Support Media team with relevant requests
• Champion eBay, the customer and their needs.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
