The Global Technology Strategy team plays a pivotal role in the Office of the COO and provides strategy leadership across critical high priority initiatives and focus areas for the global Deloitte Technology organization. We pride ourselves on being a high performing, highly collaborative team that relies on partnership, integrity, and agility to effectively set the strategic direction of the technology organization.

As a Strategic Planning Analyst on the Global Technology Strategy team, you will:

• Apply strategic and analytic skills, keen business and emotional intelligence, and talent to support Deloitte Technology, business leaders, and their respective teams across the global member firm network to define enterprise-wide strategies and solve complex business issues
• Assist in envisioning and then translating the strategic big picture into details that help drive strategies to results. Help shape compelling analyses, points of view, roadmaps, and other deliverables for key stakeholders
• Support development of recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements. Identify detailed actions required to successfully execute and delivery against stated strategic goals and objectives
• Conduct research and identify net-new opportunities and ideas to support strategic projects and initiatives
• Assist in developing executive-level presentations from initial storyboarding to logical structuring to presentation and delivery

• Proven work experience and/or bachelor's degree, or equivalent
• Experience in strategy development, organizational design, integrated performance management, and / or process improvement
• Strategic mindset with a pulse on evolving business drivers and industry and technology trends
• Good analytical skills and also creative and innovative skills
• Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to effectively present recommendations and influence senior level stakeholders
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (excels at PowerPoint)

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm.
