Deka Lash is one of the fastest-growing brands in the beauty industry and we are hiring experienced Lash Artists at our signature studio in beautiful downtown Fremont. The Deka Lash Fremont studio has been crafted with the highest standards while keeping employees and customers in mind. These positions require a current California esthetician or cosmetologist license. Full-Time & Part-Time positions are available.

Responsibilities
- Learning and following Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service, and customer relations
- Applying eyelash extensions that wow customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes
- Conducting world-class consultations, by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations
- Educating clients on all Deka Lash services and the best way to care for their extensions
- Building relationships with clients, selling products to ensure lash retention, and converting clients to members
- Checking clients in and out and engaging customers with world-class customer service
- Following all sanitation protocols and standards, ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
- Performing additional duties as required
Requirements
- Currently licensed in California as an Esthetician (Aesthetician) or Cosmetologist
- Passionate about lashing and taking care of customers
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Pleasant personality
- Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
- Ability to sell memberships and products
- Outgoing, positive personality and ability to work in a TEAM environment

- Personal protective equipment provided or required
- Temperature screenings
- Social distancing guidelines in place
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning procedures in place
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Self-determined schedule
Supplemental pay types:
