Maintain integrity of data in the stock administration database (desired experience in Equity platforms such as Shareworks, Carta)
Develop improvements in process and automated solutions for the stock administration function
Manage the Stock Option programs
Manage new grant process, documentation and compliance requirements
Liaise with Legal team regarding various aspects of the granting and administration of the Cap table
Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
Provide excellent customer service to all equity participants and respond timely to employee questions
Work with payroll to ensure withholding and reporting obligations are maintained
Partner with People team to ensure accurate data for new stock grants is uploaded for board documentation, approvals, and stock administration tool
Provide regular training and education to participants in our stock plan
Ensure compliance with all domestic and international laws for income and tax withholdings for stock options
Day to day responsibilities include: Provide Equity support to internal teams, prepare data for granting cycle, BAU reporting and coordinating with other functional teams and external partie
