Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Data Analyst who can write code and sequence for Power BI? We are looking for an Analyst who can extract data from a Data Warehouse and has the ability to see solutions rather than problems. Working closely with our Sales Director, you will be delivering performance strategic objectives and business intelligence to all areas of the company. Main Duties and Responsibilities.

• Generating dashboards and reports for the business through Power BI and converting analytics into presentation materials.
• Implementing and driving metrics to target the Sales team on potential customer revenue and sales performance, highlighting areas of focus and providing this on a timely basis in a clear and concise manner.
• Defining what data should be shared across BI, bringing coherent and ‘time-proof’ solutions together for the Sales teams.
• Implementing new sales productivity tools through the design input to ensure they are fit for purpose. Applying these tools to the Sales teams and educating them to ensure maximum use.
• Provide automated reporting and highlight opportunities for improvements in sales propositions. Develop BI tools to support the Sales team and assess risk and market threats that impact product and campaign performance.
• Managing the short-term and long-term pricing strategy and impact of promotions/events. Preparing SWOT analysis on our key product lines and working with the Sales Director to develop pricing and sales strategies.
