What you will be doing:

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be working with and leading our Food and Beverage team throughout our Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Conference and Events areas to create and deliver an exceptional and memorable dining experience to our guests.

You will be at the forefront of our operations, welcoming our guests, demonstrating superb knowledge of all food and drink items on the menu including their allergens, and providing recommendations to suit their personal taste. You will be leading and inspiring the team of Food and Beverage Assistants and will be assisting the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve departmental targets.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, friendly, and very eager to learn, weather you have experience supervising a team or are a Food and Beverage Assistant ready for the next step in your career, we will provide you with all the trainings and tools to do and excel in your job.
