We have a great new vacancy for a Hotel receptionist to join our team at the Crowne Plaza in Felbridge.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar role before and will have experience of using Opera PMS systems. Don't worry if you have not though as excellent training is provided.

What you’ll be doing

• First point of contact for our guests
• Checking guest in and out, processing payments
• Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
• Maximising revenue through upselling and room sales
• Administration and Technology savvy
• Available to work when the team and customer needs you
• Working as part of a great front office team
