Please note that is a night shift position and there is some weekend work involved. The night shift runs from 6pm - 2am.
Crosstown is an award-winning artisan scratch bakery specialising in sourdough & cake doughnuts as well as specialty cookies. We also make our own glazes, creams, crumbles & compotes from scratch in house. Alongside our fixed core range of products, we also have an ever changing seasonal & special days menu. Our events department specialises in bespoke doughnut collaborations with third parties.
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie, to join our bakery team, as we expand our store locations nationally. Our bakery is based near Vauxhall (SW8 4AB) and is supported by excellent transport links.
Please note that is a night shift position and there is some weekend work involved. The night shift runs from 6pm - 2am.

What we are looking for in the right candidate:
- Confident and experienced Pastry Chef De Partie
- Experience in shift management.
- Experienced and great skills in managing people.
- Reliability and understanding responsibility are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Responds quickly to changing circumstances by being flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure, but also maintain a high quality of work.
- a passion for food and loves to experiment with new flavours.

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
