Job Details
As one of the leading fresh food producers in the United Kingdom, we ensure that the food products we produce are safe, legal and of the quality specified by our customers. Our production team is vital in the smooth running of our business and that’s where you come in to deliver this. It’s essential that we have hard working committed people working within our team, we are looking for likeminded people to join us on a temporary basis potentially leading to a permanent contract.

The typical day of a line operative involves working in a small team to achieve a common goal to produce high quality products working closely with the shift managers and line leaders to achieve the best quality we can and supply the customer with the standard of product they require.

We work in cold temperatures to ensure the freshness of our products but we provide all PPE to you as part of the package to protect against this so its a comfortable environment to work in.

We produce various food products so there is lots of variety in tasks across the factory rooms. Tasks may in include, feeding the product, working on the machinery and packing products for distribution along with always maintaining a clean and safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

This role is an entry-level position within the business and you do not require any experience and full training will be provided.

There is a real chance of progression within the business for a self-driven individual or for the people not so ambitious it provides a base and job security for people happy to stay on the line.
