An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Reception Team based at Darlington Memorial Hospital.
Working 30 hours per week as part of our reception team, the purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient clerical, reception and administration support within the Audiology Department ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users. The post holder will be expected to use their own initiative and work independently often without supervision.
The ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team is important to ensure that deadlines are met. Good organisational and interpersonal skills are essential in order to be able to achieve this. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be based at Darlington Memorial Hospital and will be required to work at other sites within the Trust, when neccessary. Please note, the initial training for this role will be at University Hospital of North Durham.
