Cottsway formed in 2001 and we provide over 5,100 homes for rent and shared ownership for over 11,000 customers. Our homes are based in West Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire, and range from flats and bungalows to family homes.

About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Project Management team.
You will have a mindset of continuous improvement and, working with teams throughout the business, develop a thorough understanding of all operational processes and their interdependencies. This will include a detailed understanding of the business infrastructure design and its complexities.
You will be responsible for ensuring that processes are efficient, effective, and provide value for money - effecting and embedding changes where necessary, in accordance with our change management policy. You will also act as project manager for a variety of projects, working closely with the Programme Delivery Manager to ensure delivery of the project programme.
