Operations Chef - South East

Cosy Club is now recruiting for an experienced Operations Chef of the highest calibre to lead our South East region and join the most successful restaurant group in the UK.

The Cosy Clubs are all day eating & drinking venues, open from 9am in the morning for brunch & coffee, right through to dinner & cocktails in the evening and serving an array of mouth-watering food and quality libations in a slightly gentrified and quirky environment.

This is an extremely exciting role within Cosy Club as we are set for great expansion over the next few years.

Our Operations Chefs play a pivotal role in the success of our business. Working alongside an Operations Manager you will manage an area of 6-8 sites, which is relatively small by industry standards - an indication of our determination to remain close to our teams and our customers.
