About Our Client
An Industry leading Residential Property Management Company.
Your new role
As Project Architect reporting into the Property Director, you will be the principled architect and designer for all new construction Projects.
A snapshot of your day
· To create designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments on small and medium sized projects.
· To use high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
· Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents for presentation.
· Prepare drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
· Liaise with planning advisors and submit planning applications
· Develop design and material spec packs for the construction phase in conjunction with the project manager.
About you
· Degree in architecture or a related field
· Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
· Excellent technical drawing skills
· Strong communication and project management skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
· Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Basic Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
· Strong creative and visualization skills.
· Be able to work to tight deadlines.
· Clean driving license and access to a car preferred.
This role will require you to lead the Project from Concept/Planning, through Construction to completion under the guidance of the Property director. You will work with a team creating detailed drawings and specifications and presenting design proposals to clients. This is a full-time, office-based role, with the option to work 1 day per week remotely

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
