Due to expansion, we are looking for a part time Administration Assistant.
The role is 4-6 hours per week and save for a weekly catch up online or in person, is flexible from home or the office, so would suit someone as a top up income or someone who has other commitments to work around.
The role will include:
- Typing up attendance notes
- inputting receipts into accounting software
- Typing up Lasting Powers of Attorney
- If you are happy to be in the office, printing and binding final drafts of Wills
- general admin
You will need to be an organised person who has great attention to detail and pride in your work. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft. Legal software to use at home will be provided and full training will be given.
Salary is £13 an hour (£25,300 pro rata).
Hours are 4-6 per week depending on need and may increase by mutual agreement.
You will need to be freelance/self employed.
