About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors to the Stadium;
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of betting products!
• Undertake betting transactions with speed and accuracy taking action to minimise wait time;
• Open, operate and close the Tote terminal so as to provide instant and diligent service to customers at both booths or tables offering a table service as required
• Manage cash to ensure any cash loss is minimised in line with Stadia performance targets
• Complete Tote terminal administration completely and accurately;
• Contribute to the prevention of fraud;
• To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Tote Supervisor or Manager.
• Contribute to the protection of the Betting Licence, by identifying and reporting any activities which could jeopardise the licence to the Tote Supervisor.
• To ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times.
