The Role
The digital editorial coordinator will support the editorial team in the monthly content workflow: overseeing the organisation of Vogue Club’s calendar of virtual panel discussions, video series, and live events. Collaborating closely with senior international editors, the digital editorial coordinator will work with the editorial and video teams to manage the editorial production calendar, and offer editorial support across all areas of the membership’s content program.
The Team
Vogue Club is Vogue’s first-ever fashion community, offering a unique window inside our world. This new global membership unites Vogue’s most-engaged audiences through a program of exclusive in-person and virtual events, as well as engaging multimedia storytelling across various digital platforms including, but not limited to, the Vogue Club website, members-only newsletters, and social media.
What will you be doing?
  • Assist the editorial team in booking, managing and producing Vogue Club’s lineup of virtual events, video series, and special audiovisual projects
  • Build and publish Vogue Club web articles on CoPilot
  • Maintain and update the editorial calendar, presenting all of Vogue Club’s web and social media activities in an easily digestible format
  • Act as a liaison between various Vogue editorial and marketing departments, ensuring key parties have the information they need for the project to run smoothly
Who you are:
  • Awareness of Vogue’s global editions, and the creative talents behind its print and web editions
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritise appropriately
  • Previous experience of CoPilot, Sailthru, InDesign, Photoshop desirable
  • An excellent email manner and the confidence to follow up on talent requests with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) with an emotionally intelligent communication style
  • Experience of navigating matrixed organisations in multiple geographic locations
Where will you be?
  • We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will be primarily based in our iconic Vogue House building, situated in the heart of Mayfair. This is where our award-winning Editorial and Content teams sit.
