Job Title: Compliance and Ethics Manager

Salary: Circa £64,000 per annum, depending upon experience

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Job Purpose: Responsible for keeping the legal and ethical integrity of the
Organisation intact through policy development of frameworks, process and policies, enforcement and program planning.

About this Role and You

We are incredibly excited to be hiring our Compliance and Ethics Manager. This is a new role, reporting to our General Counsel, with responsibility for creating and implementing CWGC’s global approach to ethical compliance, across a variety of important topics. You will be enthusiastic with excellent communications and relationship building abilities.

Essential to this role is extensive experience of leading on and implementation of polices, frameworks, procedures and training across a global, diverse employee population to ensure we are building and maintaining the very highest standards.

As our Compliance and Ethics Manager, you will have a lead role influencing across a broad range of stakeholders, taking complicated principles, and translating these into what can be easily understood and implemented across the CWGC. This role is a standalone role working as part of our legal team, based in Maidenhead, offering support to a wider community of compliance professionals (for example, in health and safety, and data protection, based in locations across our 150 countries).

You will have significant relevant compliance experience and be able to demonstrate your success via effective, efficient, frameworks and solutions that you have implemented.
