The Role

As a Supply Chain Assistant you will be responsible for working with the Supply Chain and Warehouse managers to provide support and assistance where required. You will need to react quickly to changing priorities throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General administrative tasks as required to support the Supply Chain Manager
• Creating shipping Labels
• Assist with projects as and when required by management
• Track imports and keep delivery schedule up to date for team
• Liaise with transport companies on imports
• Working along side customer service to help resolve carrier issues and exceptions
• Maintain shipping records and keep all relevant documentation up to date
• Weekly reporting when needed
