With health, safety and customer satisfaction the main priority, as an Operative on our Scottish Water contract, you will be responsible for carrying out civil excavation activities safely.

Responsibilities:

• Safely undertake activities to minimise disruption to local residents/general public
• Only commencing works if it is safe to do so and escalating where required
• Carrying out client specifications in accordance with health, safety and environmental regulations as well as RAMS, NRSWA / NJUG / HAUC
• Ensure all communications are polite & professional
• Record information onto the Toughbook
• Ensure sites are left compliant for other trades and the public
• Cooperate in any incident / accident / damage investigation

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…..

Previous experience along with a full and valid driving license in addition to a NRSWA qualification.

A great attitude and a good understanding of why operating safely is critical, along with excellent customer service and communications skills.
