Finance is core to how we run as a publicly listed, fast-scaling company — and you'll be right in the middle of it. As Working Student, you'll own the invoice workflow in Moss end-to-end: from validation to outgoing invoices. You'll work closely with a small, sharp team, see how financial processes actually get built and improved in a scale-up, and have real room to shape how things work, not just keep them running.

• Validate and review incoming invoices in Moss
• Coordinate and manage the invoice workflow end-to-end
• Prepare and issue outgoing invoices
• Maintain invoice data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries
• Support the ongoing optimization of the invoicing process

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• Good German and English language skills

• Prior experience in accounting or invoicing
• Familiarity with Moss or similar accounting/workflow tools

• Hands-on insight into the finance operations of a publicly listed company, with potential for longer-term collaboration
