Luxury Sales Professional (Live Chat), Permanent
Onsite in Glasgow - your role will start in one of our Chisholm Hunter stores where you will learn about our products and processes. Based on demonstrated performance, the role will transition to our Live Chat team which will involve working shifts, including a late shift until 10pm to ensure we are fully available when our clients need us.
Full-time with Weekend availability is required.

Live Chat Sales Professional - Skills & Experience:
- Luxury sales experience
- Previous experience working for a Jewellery and Watch retailer would be an advantage but is not essential
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal as you will interact with clients via phone, email and live chat.
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales KPI’s
- Must be available to work weekends on a rota basis, with flexibility required in seasonal busy periods.
- Ideally jewellery focused with GIA Certificate and / or JET Diploma or the desire to train to this level
