Waiting Staff

Cheval Collection have an excellent opportunity for full time waiting staff to join their Register Club team. This contemporary bar and lounge, situated on the fourth floor of The Cheval Edinburgh Grand, offers breakfast, light bites and afternoon tea with separate event spaces that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests for breakfast and dinner or 80 guests for a cocktail reception.

As a Waiting staff you will be greeting our guests, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment, offering table service, ensuring that you deliver food and beverages orders in a timely professional manner and that payment for the orders is collected.

To be successful in your application you will have previous experience, ideally in a high-quality food and beverage environment and you will have a good knowledge of the art of food and beverage service.

This is a full time role that includes weekend working and the shifts will be on a rota basis from 7am till 3pm or 2.30pm till 10.30pm

Situated on St Andrew Square in the city’s New Town area, the Residence pays homage to its former life as an historic banking landmark, The National Bank of Scotland. The well-known building has been beautifully renovated to house 50 fully equipped serviced apartments, with options to accommodate from one to six guests.
