Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit, full time (36.25 hours per week) Lettings & Neighbourhoods Assistant, on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months based in Newcastle with a salary of £23,500 - £25,697 per annum + benefits package.

As a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Assistant, you would be part of a friendly, professional and customer focused team. With some training you will assist in the delivery of an excellent service across all aspects of lettings and tenancy management.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience and skills in an administrative role that includes:
•Work effectively in a team
•Organisational skills and good time management
•Schedule appointments
•Good understanding of Microsoft packages
•Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
•Maintaining accurate and timely records
