Job description

Care Plus Direct are a leading domiciliary care organisation providing care and support services for vulnerable adults across the city of Birmingham and Black country.

Job Role

We are recruiting full and part time Home Care Assistants in your area to care for people who live in their own homes on evenings and weekends. Our client base is expanding rapidly, so there are plenty of hours available.

The role will include the following tasks:

Personal Care i.e. washing, bathing, toileting etc

Meal Preparation

Medication support

General Housekeeping

Record Keeping

Birmingham , Dudley, Tipton, West Bromwich, Smethwick, Oldbury,

Person Specification

Due to the requirements of our service users, we are currently hiring Male & female carers.

We offer a very personalised approach to recruiting new staff. Previous Experience and Training

If you do not have previous experience in care, then you are still able to apply for this position as we provide a free extensive training program for all successful applicants.

In addition to this, you will go through a period of shadowing with an experienced carer who will ensure that you can safely deliver the care required.

We also provide vocational training allowing you to gain qualifications in care whilst you work.

Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour DOE
