Overview:

Brand new opportunity for a Paid Media Manager to join a fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency based in London. (Note however - you can work from anywhere! We just ask that you are able to come into the office twice per week!)

The disruptive agency work with brands acrsoss a range of sectors such as events, hospitality, retail, and leisure, with clients ranging from SME’s/start-ups through to high-end and global D2C brands such as Spotify, Jigsaw and Marco Pierre White. While taking full ownership of your clients accounts and driving their growth, you will be working with the Department Director to build the processes, tools and policies that will pave the operational path for your future colleagues.

The agency support their growth with strategic digital marketing and sales services across multiple disciplines including social media, influencer, paid media, paid search, web build and e-mail.

The Role:

The Paid Media Manager will be someone who has the aptitude for future division leadership. The agency are growing at pace and moving fast so having the experience and confidence to immediately get stuck in, plan and operate in a highly organised manner to stay on top of your accounts is essential. You should have a grasp of fundamental marketing theory, the cause and effect relationships that drive changes in metrics, user journey and funnel behavior, audience segmentation and the relationship and impact between digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and long-term ROI.
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, user journey, tracking, and reporting.
  • Hold direct accountability for the performance and day-to-day management of online and offline paid social campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Continuously test and optimise new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visually creative, and copy.
  • Understand our customers' TOV and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
  • Think strategically and analytically to deliver reports, updates, and strategies to the client.
  • Working with the department Director to develop processes, tools, and policies that ensures operational excellence while minimising human error.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is someone who is not merely a platform operator but someone who is a marketer by nature, passionate and living and breathing Paid Media. They fully immerse themselves in their clients business from both a marketing and growth perspective.

  • 3+ years agency experience fully owning accounts and being directly accountable to clients.
  • Expert working on paid media campaigns both agency side (with proven case studies).
  • High level of attention to detail, reporting, and real-time optimisation capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic, hands-on approach, and comfortable working autonomously as well as in teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport building.

The Package:

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 basic

Location: London / Remote / Flexible work (see below for further detail)
