You will provide high-quality management and day to day running of the Check-In Hub including managing the duties of the success coaches and the academic mentors’ activities.

Reporting to the CCBS Director of Learning, Teaching and Student Experience, you will support their work in implementing initiatives and projects which enhance the student experience. These include induction, retention, and transition projects, improving the school’s continuation and progression onto employment rates and its national surveys results.

You will have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent professional experience) with experience of working in the UK HE sector. You must be able to demonstrate outstanding organisational and communication skills and have experience of coaching or mentoring.
