The role:
We are NOW recruiting our SEASONAL Summer Sales Assistants (Bear Builder)
- 4 months contract
- Minimum of 4 hours contract per week being able to flex up to 20+ hours per week over the holiday period where required.
- Day shift, evening & weekend shifts availability.
Sales Assistant (Bear Builder) associates are fun, genuine, and team-oriented individuals who contribute to store sales and Guest satisfaction goals by providing Experience First® service to individual and groups of Guests.
Providing Experience First® service includes, but is not limited to:
· Welcoming all guests to our stores, with high levels of energy and engagement. Invite potential guests to come in and learn about the store.
· Welcome all guests always with a smile. Making connections with our guests, understanding their needs and explaining the process of making a bear.
· Assisting with choosing, stuffing, dressing, naming, and purchasing their new furry friends while maintaining store visual and housekeeping standards.
· Hosting parties.
