Pay Details.
The pay is £24000 to £26000 per year dependant on relevant experience.

The Role
The key responsibilities of the Cleaning Manager are-
- Support with recruitment.
- Managing the cleaning team.
- Carry out high standards of cleaning.
- Insure that staff give accurate handovers to other cleaners who are coming on site.
- Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
- Comply with guidelines with regards to the identification and re-porting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service.
- Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks and reporting as directed by Facilities Manager.
- To attend any meetings or training courses.
- Manage the recruitment process of cleaners.
