Head of Employee Relations - Flights Operations and International

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Employee Relations to scope, design and implement effective employee strategies for Flight Operations and our International Teams that deliver strong employee relations, colleague engagement and effective relationships with trade unions.

As we look to the future, we are seeking a leader with extensive experience working at senior levels within a sophisticated matrix organisation. The Head of ER Role will be accountable for a team of circa 3 and lead on a number of highly strategic negotiations across significant colleague populations at British Airways.

A proven track record of developing and owning strategies to build a strong colleague-centric culture, and the ability to deliver transformational change in a complex environment are essential for this role, which in turn will ensure you are seen as the internal expert on Employee Relations at BA. The successful postholder will be a strategic thinker with the ability to influence when negotiating with internal and external collaborators.
