Who are we?

Ki is the biggest global insurance tech company you’ve never heard of, unless you’ve been looking to insure a satellite, wind farm or music festival recently.

We launched in 2021 on the back of a fundraise that delivered $500m of investment, making us one the largest fintech start-ups that year. Our investors were excited about the fact we were revolutionising the way a 333 year-old industry was working. Having written over $400m of GWP in 2021, we have continued to rapidly scale, with 200% YoY growth to end of June 2022. Together with partners at Google and UCL we developed Ki and created a platform that helps insurance brokers cover risks in a fast and frictionless way. What you will be working on

Your role will be to work closely with the Ki Executive Management Committee to design, implement and execute upon Ki’s business strategy.

Focusing on:
1. Strategy development: running our strategy process, identifying and executing on strategic initiatives;
2. Translation of strategy to clear and executable initiatives, goals, measures;
3. Presentation of strategy work to the EMC, shareholders and external stakeholders;
4. Supporting Ki-wide and Department-level vision-setting and OKRs;
5. Relationship management of external stakeholders and shareholders;
6. Management of the Ki Strategy Team;
7. Owning Ki’s ESG strategy within the wider Group ESG strategy

As an active member of the Senior Leadership Team you’ll also contribute broadly to Ki’s development and demonstrate high standards of leadership, constantly demonstrating our culture and values.

The day to day….

You will excel given your prior experience identifying new areas for growth, informed by data and external analysis, to deliver even greater value to Ki stakeholders and own the strategy roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on Ki’s strategic goals, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.

Leading strategic initiatives and collaborating with all functions at Ki to deliver new products, services and processes that will generate value to Ki, Key contributor to other strategic initiatives or corporate activity as required, which could include M&A, strategic partnerships or other business developments.

Working with the Ki EMC to update them on the Group’s ESG strategy and in line with the Group’s ESG strategy and deliverables work with Ki’s trading partners, you’ll be skilled in identifying new ESG related opportunities, helping to bolster Ki’s ESG profile amongst partners and in the broader market, ensuring at all times the Group’s ESG committee can see alignment with the overarching Group strategy.
