Job title: Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description: Are you passionate about marketing and interested in the wonderful world of travel? We are looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Executive to form part of an established marketing team, in a high paced and fast growth travel business. Here is a unique opportunity to innovate and make your impact for a top UK travel brand and create partnership campaigns for global travel brands across all marketing mediums!

Role Profile: You will be part of a team and responsible for strategy and implementation of all brand and partner marketing plans and budgets. You will be expected to develop, implement and execute marketing plans with campaigns covering TV, Radio, Print, SMS, Direct, Digital, Social Media, Outdoor, SEO, PR, Events, Sponsorship, Staff Engagement, Digital Marketing, and Special Projects.There will be insight into all the group brands, communications strategy and websites regarding content, imagery, overall design and SEO targets, driving traffic and monitoring analytics. Additionally you will approve and proofread all marketing campaigns, materials and merchandise.You will work closely with commercial, product, sales, IT, HR and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategy, planning and execution of campaigns.We require someone with a passion for people as you’ll also have a focus on staff engagement with responsibility for the product training calendar, team building events, staff incentives and rewards, internal communications and implementing and updating the staff communications.

Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years of multidisciplinary marketing experience, ideally some within the travel industry
Higher Education qualification
Demonstrable experience of planning and executing campaigns including social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), digital, print, radio, outdoor and TV - managing budgets, working with commercial teams and measuring ROI reporting using tracking, analytics
Experience in setting multi-channel targets and presenting results
Able to distill information and recommend and apply insights to increase success of future marketing programs
Excellent stakeholder relationship management, presentation and communication skills
Digital marketing expertise including social media and content planning
Understanding of analytics, SEO, PPC, and best practice
Able to lead, prioritize and multi-task while handling multiple deadlines with a real passion for excellent execution
Constant creativity - an ability to generate ideas and inspire others to do so too
Experience in briefing and agency management and contract negotiation
TV advert production experience desirable
Commercial acumen
Conceptual thinker and problem solver
Obsessive attention to detail, fantastic eye for design and big picture thinking
Outstanding written and spoken English
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent team player and invested in team management and development
Calm under pressure and positive attitude
Passion and knowledge for travel
Preferable to have experience organising and planning travel itineraries
Desire to work in a dynamic SME and able to adapt quickly to evolving environment
