We're looking for a Partner Success Executive to join the Partner Success team, who will be helping to drive this project forward.

More about the opportunity:

As a Partner Success Executive at Bright Network, your role will be to manage a portfolio of tactical partner firms offering them proactive, intelligent, and data-informed solutions to a range of attraction challenges with support from senior team members. Using our proprietary data tool, you'll deliver targeted campaigns to our student network on behalf of our employer partners, providing real-time data insights and building strong relationships.

Specifically, you will:

Partnerships:

  • Take the lead on your own portfolio of tactical partner firms where you'll start to build great relationships that lead to renewal of partnership.
  • Work with our Commercial function to stay close to partners and ensuring their first experience with Bright Network is excellent.
  • Support the Partner Success Managers to achieve optimal results for our long-term established employer partnerships during their key milk round season.

Product:

  • Support our partner firms in their navigation of our proprietary data tool's self-serve functionality, making sure their experience is seamless
  • Harness the power of our first-party data to provide partners with live campaign analytics and recommendations in line with their objectives

Marketing:

  • Use your project management and marketing skills to develop and implement targeted email campaigns in line with partner objectives
  • Take the lead on the creation and delivery of weekly newsletters, social media advertising and content to promote employer brands to our network of students
  • Track trends and monitor campaigns closely as they unfold, taking learnings into future activity to ensure optimal campaign results

Does this sound like you?

  • You are a creative individual with 6-12 months experience in a customer/client-facing or marketing role with a track record of delivering excellent results for clients
  • You have strong stakeholder management and can build relationships with clients to comfortably advise on marketing strategy to drive exceptional results
  • You're adaptive and a fast learner with a curious mindset
  • You're highly organised with a clear attention to detail and you pride yourself on your excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You're a self-starter who is full of drive and determination, as well as the energy and resilience to bounce back
  • You're keen to work as part of a collaborative team, where you'll have the opportunity to learn from those around you – but you're also confident operating independently
  • You feel passionately about Bright Network's mission to connect the next generation with the opportunities, insights, and advice to succeed as the workforce of tomorrow
