We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our busy independent practice in Dundee.
You will be the first port of call for many of our patients. You will need to be proactive and engage with patients of all ages. You should be able to provide exceptional customer service and have great communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working in optical practice.
Requirements
· Provide exceptional customer service with a high degree of professionalism.
· Manage our appointment diary.
· Handle patient queries in person or via telephone.
· Process deliveries of frames and contact lenses.
· Arrange and maintain practice displays.
· Perform core administrative work.
· Maintain patient and business records.
· Ensure the practice is presentable.
· The ability to be engaging and warm.
· Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
