What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the global Influencer strategy across the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, France and ROW
  • Oversees Influencer spend budget – monthly calculations and providing broken down spend per territory including sign off with the wider team
  • Oversee the student ambassador programme in the UK alongside two other team members
  • Oversee the Influencer affiliate programmes across all markets, alongside in-house affiliate team
  • Liaising with wider marketing team to create and coordinate Influencer strategies that work across social / paid social / Tik Tok Shop
  • Is responsible for the monthly Influencer sample spend
  • Signs off daily schedule payments with Finance / V1 invoicing
  • Works closely with social media team on key events throughout the year and implements strategy of how to support the social team via creative campaigns
  • Oversees day to day workflow of the Manchester team
  • Works closely with BI on sample reporting / monitoring uplifts in target influencer social posts – creating and implementing PR and Influencer performance reports
  • Supports on all brand collaborations and PR gifting on a global level
  • Work with the merch and buying teams on suggested product focuses for influencer posts / VIPs / Brand Ambassadors and managing weekly hitlist
  • Identify and actioning emerging Influencer trends within the industry
  • Managing the performance and deliverables of UK based brand ambassadors
  • Responsible for streamlining/managing internal processes across the global influencer team
  • Managing Influencer platforms and being key point of contact for account managers
