To manage our fast-growing business, we are recruiting for a talented Operations Executive to join our small team of remote workers.

The role is best suited to candidates who work well off their own initiative, and are driven by provided exceptional levels of customer service, and pioneering innovative solutions to grow sales.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing cost-effective transport solutions across UK and Europe.
• Maintaining and developing fantastic relationships with new and exisiting customers.
• Offering creative and innovative ideas and opinions to maximise company performance.
• Working closely with clients and suppliers from all countries in Europe.
• Creating bespoke transport solutions and quotations to offer to clients.
• Managing live transports to provide the best possible level of service; communicating live updates to clients; managing problems as they arise and implementing solutions.
• Working towards revenue, profit and margin objectives.
• Engaging in training opportunities to broaden knowledge and increase performance.
• Data Entry into our bespoke IT system to generate Transport Orders and Invoices.
• Gathering transport documents from our suppliers, carrying out supplier applications and evaluations.
• Exploring new avenues for growth and to bring new customers onboard.

Who are we looking for? Someone with:

• A proven track-record of working effectively from home.
• Experience within the transport industry is a huge benefit, but not essential. We welcome applications from those without this experience.
• Confident using all MS Office programmes - MS Access would be particularly beneficial!
• European Language Skills (Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian in particular) would be desirable but not essential.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English is essential.
• A-Level Education preferred.
• Experience in lead-generation and sales would be advantages.

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
