We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion.
Role and Responsibilities as a Barista/ Front Of House Assistant:
- Grinding and brewing coffee
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and educating clients and colleagues about these coffees
- Deliver an exceptional, attentive service to our customers and being the face of Blue Apple by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Consistently providing well-crafted, beautifully presented and tasty beverages
- Monitor the service and our food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations
- Make and serve coffees from a traditional barista style machine.
- Serve hot and cold foods from hot counter or deli bar unit. Making sandwiches and paninis to order for customers.
- Taking end of day till reads.
- Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the FOH areas at all times
- Build and maintain customer relationships to enable us to continually offer a service that meets their needs
- General cleaning duties as required
- Support the Chef Manager with food preparation and other duties for FOH
- Support Chef Manager with admin, due diligence paperwork as required
- Control Front of house stock, ensure restocked full and plentiful
Overtime maybe required, some days could be working 8:30am - 2:30pm.
Previous Barista experience is essential

Salary: £10.50 per hour
