Hours: Full Time – 40 hrs
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
A position has become available for a full-time Transport Administration Assistant based in Warrington. The successful candidate will earn £24,000 – £26,000 depending on experience.
Hours of work will be: 40 hours a week from 9:00am to 17:30pm – Monday to Friday(may be flexible with start time)
The job is 100% office based and will revolve mainly around an administration role within the traffic office assisting the Depot Manager and colleagues in their daily office tasks.
Role Requirements
· An excellent telephone manner
· A hard work ethic and professional approach
· Great time management.
· Excellent customer service skills (previous experience is not necessarily required for the right candidate)
· Driven attitude and ability to work as part of a team and individually under management.
· Be computer literate, have good typing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Role Responsibilities
· Answering incoming telephone and email enquiries promptly.
· Daily inputting of driver manifest times onto the system and timesheets
· Daily Despatching of warehouse picks
· Data inputting of Vehicle information
· Data inputting of lifting equipment details
· Checking invoices
· Assisting the traffic planner where required
· Assisting the SHEQ manager with admin duties
· Holiday cover for Traffic and Warehouse operations (could lead to future prospects)
· Other duties as requested.
