YOUR MISSION:
- You will be part of a BIG Kitchen team!
- You will manage your section and be responsible for the quality and speed of the service
- You will contribute to the performance of the kitchen (assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the hygiene compliance, orders, inventory, changes of menu)
- You will be the main actor of team's training and cohesion
YOUR SKILLS:

- Previous experience as Chef De Partie is required
- English intermediate
