Who are The Big Fang Collective?

The Collective includes our multi-site venues, Golf Fang & Birdies Bar, promising you plenty of fun, positivity and teamwork, because teamwork makes the dream work right?

We are looking for super creative and organised individuals to bring lots of energy to the table to make our guests feel right at home. If you bring the hard work and good vibes, we will give you the opportunities to push our brands forward whilst taking your skills and experience to the next level!

Born in the creative hub of Liverpool and expanded into Newcastle, Birmingham and soon to be Glasgow, Sheffield and Cardiff, our mission is to change the way UK enjoys itself by creating new experiential ways for our guests to have the most fun, social experiences that will blow people’s minds when they visit one of our venues.

As an amazing Floor Server, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible and have the best time! We are not just an activity, we are an experience, so we want our guests to be super comfortable and happy throughout their visit.

Have you got what it takes?

We are looking for individuals with exuberant personalities that can help us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, with a passion to provide THE BEST experiences for our guests. Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.

Essential

• Customer service experience
• Effective communicator
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired

• Previous experience in hosting or serving
• Basic knowledge of bar products
• Cash and payment card handling experience

Showcasing your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role will include:

• You will be there to welcome guests so first impressions count!
• Organising the golf process and explaining this clearly around the venue, sharing the course rules and managing the flow of guests playing golf.
• Providing any pre-booked items through packages so organisation and a can-do attitude is key!
• Taking orders so guests can enjoy making their way around without going to the bar.
• You will be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services.
