Office Manager required to join our client, a growing Accountancy firm in Barnes on a full time, permanent basis. The Office Manager will provide support to the Directors as well as manage the office.
The Office Manager will be responsible for diary management, event organisation and email management. The successful candidate will preferably have 5 years'+ experience within a similar position and live locally to Barnes.
The successful candidate will preferably have PA experience and be highly-organised and comfortable working closely with the Directors.

Audio typing
Answering calls, taking messages
Dealing with post and parcels received
Drafting emails and letters
Ordering office and cleaning supplies
Dealing with petty cash
Keeping track of meetings in the diary
Updating client information
Producing invoices and statements
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Filing confirmation statements for clients with company's house
Entering timesheets for staff
Organising work events
General administration duties
Debtor chasing emails
Producing bound accounts for clients
Sending correspondence to HMRC for new clients
Basic accounting duties

Advanced knowledge for Microsoft Office
Typing speed more than 55wpm
Highly organised individual
Must live within a 45 minute commute from Barnes
Ability to work well under pressure and excellent attention to detail

Hours 9am - 5:30
Days Monday - Friday
Annual leave 20 days + bank holidays
