We are looking for a passionate, driven individual, matching our company values along with excellent communication skills and ideally some background in retail sales. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will be given all the support required to succeed, with in-house training programmes along with the entry to the Vauxhall training Academy and the opportunity to be a fully manufacturer-accredited Sales Executive.

As a Sales Executive your role will involve the below responsibilities:

· Providing outstanding customer experience

· Assisting customers throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle

· Discussing different funding options for the customer

· Informing customers of additional products and services that we offer

· Creating sales opportunities through different means of prospecting

· Supporting the management with digital imagery

Baylis also offers a unique progression opportunity to further your career, representing two new vehicle brands and with over 400 used cars across 12 sales outlets across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and South Wales.

The role will involve working Saturdays and every other Sunday working to 5.5 day week.
