As a member of our Floor Staff Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is always the very best. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional level of hospitality and building warm and genuine relationship with our guests, through communicating confidently and professionally.
- Managing your section efficiently.
- Maintaining cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the dining areas.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Adhering to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures.
