Customer Experience Co-ordinator

This permanent, year-round role can be full or part time and is based in our shop and reception at Bagwell Farm Touring Park; a family-run, award-winning touring and camping park just west of Chickerell and Weymouth.

Our enthusiastic and attentive team are there to provide the very best camping and touring holiday experience. The role will see you answering queries, making bookings and greeting guests face to face, by phone and online. Hours will include evening and weekend work, especially during school holidays, and bank holidays which are normal working days.

The role is varied and will also include two or more of the extra roles below:

- taking the lead in keeping the shop clean, tidy and organised, creating displays, checking dates, rotating stock and re-ordering supplies,

- helping to create excellent social media content, including taking photos, recording videos, planning posts and recording results,

- updating tourist information displays, creating and reviewing guides both online and offline,

- entering sales and purchase invoices onto our Xero ledger, filing invoices, listing payments due,

- evening warden duties; checking all is quiet and clean after reception closes.

The successful candidates will:

- have excellent communication skills,

- be reliable and methodical,

- be calm and resourceful in a crisis,

- be able to work alone using their own initiative or closely with others,

- have excellent written English.

Some experience in the park industry will be an advantage but this is not essential. The main qualities are common sense and great customer service skills. The intensity of the work varies throughout the year so the ability to manage your own workload accordingly would be an advantage.

We are located 1 mile beyond Chickerell on the B3157 towards Bridport so a means of transport is essential.
