Salary: Up to £62,000

What you’ll be doing:

• As a Project Engagement Manager, you will be the key interface between our Sector Stakeholders, EIT Project Delivery Team and EIT Business Relationship team for the portfolio of projects and programmes at all stages of delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the sector business needs and objectives are understood and managed and aligned to function and roadmap strategies. You will ensure project outcomes are agreed and tracked and project timescales and costs align and deliver with success

• Holding end to end project delivery relationship with Sector and Functional stakeholders, to understand their needs and managing the relationships at a various level

• Having an on-going dialogue with the sector project engagement teams to ensure quality project delivery and pipeline management

• Facilitating quality estimates and business case inputs for delivery of business needs and supporting risks and opportunities relating to milestones provided by EIT Projects and Programmes

• Working with the business stakeholder to initiate and ensure smooth and effective transfer of project and change requirements into EIT Project Delivery teams

• Delivery of regular reporting on project status, schedule and costs and ensuring an ongoing dialogue of the business outcomes projects will deliver and maintain expectations

• You’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience and knowledge of working within a stakeholder community of various levels

• Experience of delivering projects and/or programmes and/or having worked in a strategic capacity and being able to quickly understand the organisations goals and objectives

• Experience in estimating to enable quality provision of financial business cases and statements of work alongside Project Managers

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Change and Engagement Team and work closely with our Land, Air and Sea Divisions and Functional Teams to successfully implement complex IT Systems whilst having involvement in large, multi-million-pound projects.
