Join the team at Bourn View Care Home as Head Housekeeper and take great pride in running the housekeeping and laundry cleaning services to the highest standards. The home is looking for a team member like you to have a real focus on attention to detail and keeping our residents’ home really clean. Your responsibilities will also include stock management, staff rotas, supervision of staff and a commitment to excellence that will bring a smile to our residents every day. About You
To join us as Head Housekeeper, it is essential that you have experience of cleaning and managing laundry in a public setting and that you have knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments. You will be a naturally caring character that always puts people first, shows kindness, warmth, compassion and respect at all times, and loves to embrace life to make it meaningful for yourself and those around you.
You love working as part of a team and being supportive to your colleagues as well as your residents and their families. Most importantly, you’ll feel proud to be the Head Housekeeper of the home.
