Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, excel sheets in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects, flexible
Good listening, patience, positive attitude
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Your responsibilities...
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Any other HR duties as assigned by the line manager
