You’ll work&nbsp;untethered, focused on the user, with modern tools in a dynamic environment.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll do:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Define vision as well as business goals for the Engagement product area within the AutoScout24 buyer experience, focusing on driving user activation, engagement, and retention and translate them into a strategy and concrete product streams</li> <li class="p1">Develop a product roadmap and milestones that reflect expected engagement outcomes, using data insights and experimentation to inform prioritization</li> <li class="p1">Align priorities across the product organization with stakeholders, ensuring your work supports broader company goals</li> <li class="p1">Own the end-to-end product lifecycle in your cross-functional team: deeply understand the customer, develop hypotheses, validate ideas through A/B testing, and iterate based on results.
