Sales Assistant NIGHTS
Ascona Group is one of Wales fastest growing companies with its UK Head Office located in Pembrokeshire. A leading independent petrol forecourt operator ranked 7th in the UK Top Indies. We own, operate and directly manage service stations across England and Wales. A retail network that has grown from 2 to 61 sites in 4 years, with annual sales revenues in excess of £220m per year. We currently employ 784 staff across the UK with over 250 located in Wales. We have exciting plans for the future with the development of our existing network as well as new sites joining our estate. We plan to own and operate 300 sites in the next 5 years and therefore as our estate grows we need more team members.
What would my main responsibilities be as a Night Sales Assistant at Ascona?
- Provide a fantastic customer service experience,
- Be an all rounder - Cash handling, stock replenishment, Cleaning duties, etc
- Sell products according to policies and procedures E.g. Challenge 25.
- Be flexible to cover shifts
Night sales assistants at Ascona would be required to work alone. hours from 10 pm-6 am. Due to legal requirements must be over the age of 18.
The safety of our employees is paramount. The successful applicants will be serving customers' needs through the safety night hatch, whilst the main store is closed and secure, however, due to this position being night and lone working - We require our night sales assistants to be alert and vigilant at all times.
